USCIS Guidance

As a USCIS interpreter with a master's degree in interpreting and translation, I have sat in those rooms. The documents, the questions, the nerves, and all of it. I help you prepare for the experience so nothing catches you off guard.

Prepare for your interview
The approach

You don't need more advice.
You need the right strategy.

I have hired hundreds of people. I know what separates the candidates who get offers from the ones who don't, and it is rarely what you think.

  1. 01

Find out what is actually blocking you

Most people know something isn't working. Few know what exactly. In our first session, we pinpoint the real issue, whether it is your resume, positioning, interview delivery, or mindset.

  2. 02

Build a strategy that fits your story

Your background is not a liability. It is your edge. Whether you are an immigrant, a career changer, or simply undervalued, we build a narrative that works for you.

  3. 03

Practice like it is the real thing

Mock interviews, live feedback, and real questions from real hiring managers. We repeat until your answers feel natural, because on the day, confidence is everything.

  4. 04

Navigate the US market as an immigrant

The US job market has unwritten rules about communication style, self promotion, and negotiation. I will teach you what nobody else will tell you.

  5. 05

    Sessions in your language

English, Ukrainian, or Russian, whatever helps you think most clearly. Language should never be a barrier to getting the help you need.

  6. 06

    Support between sessions

Got an interview tomorrow? Offer came in? I am reachable. Coaching doesn't stop when the call ends. We work through real situations as they happen.

Olga, Career Coach and Senior Tech Recruiter
You have come this far. Let's make sure it worked out.
My story

I didn't just read about
this path. I walked it.

I built my recruiting career working the US market remotely from Ukraine, learning every pattern, every expectation, every unwritten rule from the outside in. By the time I moved to the USA, I already knew how the system worked.

I have also worked as a USCIS language interpreter, sitting with applicants in their immigration interviews and helping them communicate clearly in one of the most important moments of their journey. I know what that room feels like. I know what officers look for. And I know how to help you prepare for it.

Client stories

They walked in prepared.
They walked out with a yes.

I have worked with Olga's services in the past and have had nothing but best in class experiences. She took the time to really understand our case in the free consultation. When we were in the interview it was so effortless because she was so prepared, and she made sure we were as well. The peace of mind with Olga in the process alone is worth the price. I wish there were more stars to give.

FAQ

Questions everyone asks
before they book.

How much does a session cost?

The first 15 minute call is always free. That is where we figure out what you need. After that, I will recommend a session or package that fits your situation, and you will know the exact price before you commit to anything. No surprises.

Can you guarantee I will get the job or pass my USCIS interview?

No one can honestly promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What I can promise: you will walk in prepared, knowing what to expect, with answers you have practiced and documents in order. Preparation is the part you can control, and we will control it completely.

Are you a lawyer? Is this legal advice?

No. I am not an attorney, and I don't give legal advice. I am a USCIS interpreter with a master's degree in interpreting and translation, and I have sat in hundreds of real interviews. I help you prepare for the experience: the questions, the documents, the nerves. For legal questions about your case, you need an immigration attorney, and I will tell you when that is the case.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Completely. Your situation, your documents, your story. Nothing leaves our conversation. I never share client information with anyone.

Which language will the session be in?

Your choice. English, Ukrainian, or Russian, whatever helps you think most clearly. Many clients mix languages mid session, and that is perfectly fine.

I am not an immigrant. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. Resume reviews, interview prep, career strategy, and negotiation coaching work the same for everyone. My 15+ years inside tech recruiting is the part that helps you. The immigrant experience is just a bonus for those who need it.
